Q: I’ve paid but received an email from you saying I haven’t. What gives?
A: Payment verifications are handled directly through PayPal. If you have paid for the service, the most common reason you’ve received an email is because the name or email address you sent us to activate your service is different that your PayPal info. If you’ve purchased this service under your spouse’s or business’s PayPal account please list that information in the special instructions box of the “Step 3″ Activation form.
